Val Warner is a passionate advocate for women’s health, with a special focus on supporting mothers through their fitness and nutrition journeys. A native of Albuquerque, she balances her personal life with her professional pursuits by staying active in weight training, hot yoga, CrossFit, and other fitness modalities, while spending quality time with her family.
With an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition and Dietetics, along with a Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine, Val is a Board-Certified Sports Dietitian (CSSD). She is committed to helping women optimize their performance and overall health through evidence-based nutrition strategies, with a focus on empowering mothers to prioritize their wellness at every stage of life.
Val's passion for supporting moms extends to her expertise in prenatal and postpartum fitness, having earned certifications in Birthfit and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism while pregnant with her daughter. She also hosts the Strong and Nourished Momma podcast, where she shares valuable insights and expert advice to help women navigate motherhood while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Through her holistic approach, Val helps women live balanced, fulfilling lives, empowered by the strength and nourishment they need to thrive.
