MEET NICOLE
Nicole Masker, OTD, OTR/L earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Baylor University in 2023. She currently works full time in a pediatric outpatient clinic, where her practice emphasizes Sensory Integration and child-led therapeutic approaches.
In addition to her clinical work, Nicole also serves part-time as a school-based occupational therapist, supporting students in an elementary school setting. Her dual roles allow her to bridge the gap between therapeutic intervention and academic support, helping children thrive across multiple environments.
Nicole is passionate about promoting wellness through movement, play, and sensory-rich experiences. At The Village, she teaches childhood development classes for parents and caregivers, offering practical tools and education to support growth at home. She is deeply committed to empowering families as they navigate the complexities of early development.
