Condola Garrett is a Registered Nurse, International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, and the owner of Milk It Lactation Services LLC. With a deep passion for supporting families on their breastfeeding journey, she provides personalized, compassionate care to address challenges like low milk supply, latch difficulties, tongue or lip ties, and breastfeeding with substance use disorder.

Condola is also dedicated to helping families navigate major transitions, whether it's preparing to return to work or school, introducing solid foods, or adjusting feeding routines as babies grow. Through in-office and home consultations, prenatal breastfeeding education, and ongoing support, she empowers parents with the knowledge and confidence they need to thrive.

Now partnering with The Village Motherhood Company, Condola is excited to offer classes that provide both expert guidance and a welcoming space for parents to learn and connect. Her commitment to celebrating every family’s successes and providing unwavering support is at the heart of her work.
